Director, Marketing & Media Manager

Mel Ireland serves as the Director of Savaya Consulting, bringing with her a broad spectrum of skills. Her expertise spans marketing and sales, coupled with a strong interest in IT and media advertising, all of which drive her passion for distinguishing Savaya Consulting within the industry. 

Raised amidst the building sector, Mel has successfully completed numerous renovation projects, including several family homes and investment properties. She recently completed an owner/builder project in Burleigh Heads, further enhancing her passion and commitment to the field.

Project Coordinator & Business Development Manager

Brad brings over 25 years of experience in the building industry. In 2023, he completed a Diploma of Project Management and moved into Business Development to strengthen his expertise in sales and marketing.

He combines deep industry knowledge with a strong professional network to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects with precision. Brad specialises in timeline management, trade coordination, and milestone planning. His structured approach reduces risk, maintains momentum, and ensures projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Designer

Carlos is a design focused professional at Savaya Consulting, recognised for his strong conceptual thinking and refined creative direction. Influenced by his Brazilian heritage, he brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of space and form to every project. He approaches each brief with clarity and purpose, delivering design solutions that balance aesthetics, function, and user experience.

Detail driven and fully engaged throughout the process, Carlos works across residential and commercial sectors. His portfolio reflects technical skill, versatility, and a consistent ability to create cohesive, purposeful spaces aligned with modern design standards.

Trade Assistant

Michael Hobbs is a Trade Assistant at Savaya Consulting, supporting the delivery of high end residential projects. He coordinates materials, deliveries, labour, and daily site operations to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently.

With a background as a handyman and skilled labourer, Michael brings practical site experience across material handling, trenching, steel fixing, formwork, carpentry assistance, fit outs, landscaping, and detailed finishing. He also supports the supervision of labourers to maintain a productive work environment.

Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Michael maintains safe, organised sites and upholds the high standards expected on every project.

Accounts Manager

Natasha Hammadi is the Accounts Manager at Savaya Consulting, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations. She manages day to day accounts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all processes.

Natasha works closely with trades and suppliers to maintain clear communication and support smooth project delivery. She oversees financial reporting, fund allocation aligned with project requirements, and the development of structured tracking systems to guide decision making.

Known for her precision and analytical approach, Natasha strengthens financial control and accountability, supporting the stable and efficient delivery of residential and commercial projects.
